DECEMBER NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS

Creative Edge would like to invite you and your neighborhood to the December Creative Edge Neighborhood Discussion Workshop Meetings. These event are intended for area business owners, parents, artists, cultural program leaders, entrepreneurs, and all residents interested in shaping the future of Sacramento.

At this meeting, Creative Edge will discuss the purpose of a cultural plan, engage with you in discussion on key topics of conversation regarding arts and culture in your neighborhood, and bring to you a Cultural Asset map. This map will contain arts and cultural highlights within your neighborhood!

These maps will follow the geographic boundaries of the individual district map and include data and shapefiles from the City of Sacramento and existing condition data developed by The Cultural Planning Group. Meeting attendees will provide input and mark-up the map to identify the cultural/arts assets in their district. AECOM will revise the maps to include the input received at the workshops for insertion into the Plan.
